Joshua R. Ward is a founding member of Ward Law Group, PLLC.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, banking, real estate, licensing and technology contracts and intellectual property.  

Josh has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and revising a wide array of commercial agreements.  Some of his representative clients include financial institutions, manufacturers, software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers and investors. Clients seek his counsel due to his ability to leverage a sharp attention to detail along with practical business advice in order to navigate complex issues and transactions in an efficient manner.

Josh graduated, magna cum laude, from the honors program at the University of Saint Thomas, where he majored in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science.  He earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, where he served on the editorial boards of the William Mitchell Law Review and Cybaris: An Intellectual Property Law Review.

Outside of the practice of law, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as golfing, ice fishing and hunting.
