Dylan J. Quinn is a partner at Ward Law Group, PLLC.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, real estate and intellectual property. 

Dylan works closely with individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses at all stages of the business life cycle.  He serves as outside counsel for businesses in a variety of industries and regulatory environments, providing guidance on organizational and compliance matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and facilitating transactions.  In addition, a large portion of Dylan’s practice is dedicated to representing clients in the acquisition, sale, management, leasing and construction of commercial real estate properties and projects.

Dylan values client interaction and communication and seeks to put clients at ease by focusing on the details while providing practical guidance and solutions. Clients appreciate his ability to balance the demands of complex legal matters with their broader business goals and needs.

Dylan graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he completed the Commonwealth Honors Program. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as President of the Business Law Association and as Lead Editor on the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science and Technology.

Dylan is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and New York.
